Terms

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of the DoomReady app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What DoomReady is

DoomReady helps a household prepare for a nuclear emergency, a long blackout or another disaster that keeps people at home. It has steps for the first hour, a supply plan sized to your household, a family plan, a map of rough effect zones and a guide written from official sources such as Ready.gov, FEMA and the CDC.

DoomReady is not an emergency alert service. It never sends alerts about attacks or threats, and it doesn't predict whether, where or how anything will happen. The map's zones are rough estimates for planning, scaled from published reference figures, and real effects depend on the weapon, the weather, the terrain and the buildings around you. Ask DoomReady answers only from the guide, and its answers can be incomplete. Nothing in DoomReady is medical advice. In an emergency, follow official instructions where you are. They come first.

Free and paid use

The first-hour steps, the 3-day kit checklist sized to your household, the map with its preset scenarios and the readiness score are free, with no time limit. So are choosing a shelter spot, a meeting place and an out-of-area contact in the family plan, and the free guide articles. Nobody has to pay to use them.

DoomReady Pro adds the 14-day plan, with exact amounts, stock levels, expiry dates and reminders, your own items and a shopping list. It adds the full family plan, with roles, more places and contacts, sharing through iCloud and a printable PDF. It also adds shelter mode, Ask DoomReady, custom map scenarios with any size, several strikes and wind, timed practice drills, the monthly check-in and the full offline guide.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, each with a one-week free trial for people who are eligible, or a one-time purchase for lifetime access. In the United States it costs $3.99 a month, $24.99 a year or $79.99 once. The App Store shows the price where you live before you buy. All three work with Family Sharing, so one purchase covers the people in your Family Sharing group. The people you invite to a shared family plan don't need Pro to see it.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. Lifetime access is a single payment and never renews.

If a subscription ends

Nothing you entered is deleted, and the free parts keep working. Your family plan and your own items stay readable, and so do the amounts and dates in your 3-day kit. Editing anything you added with Pro needs Pro again. The 14-day plan, starting shelter mode, Ask DoomReady, custom map scenarios, practice drills and the full guide need Pro again too, and expiry reminders and the monthly check-in stop.

Your content

What you put into DoomReady is yours. It is stored on your device. If you share the family plan, that plan is also stored in the iCloud account of the person who shared it, where everyone in the plan can see and edit it. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to doomready@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

DoomReady is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for DoomReady in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
